1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mokoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service. The Service is operated by Marat Muslimov, an individual entrepreneur based in Uzbekistan.
2. Description of Service
Mokoo is a web-based 3D device animation studio ("Service"). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Certain features of the Service are offered via a paid subscription. Order processing and payments are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Polar, which uses Stripe as their payment gateway. By providing payment information, you agree to their respective terms of service.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment by contacting our support team. After 14 days from the original purchase date, all payments are non-refundable.
4. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mokoo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
5. User Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service.
By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mokoo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice before any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
